Up for Hidden Villa's Programs
To make a reservation please call (650) 949-8644. To facilitate the reservation
process, please have your calendar with you and know your school
schedule, including vacation days. Field trips fill quickly, so call early in the season to make your reservation.
Limited financial aid is available. While there is some flexibility, the main criterion for fee waivers is the number of students who participate in a subsidized lunch program. Hidden Villa staff is happy to give you information about how other schools fund their field trips.
Hidden Villa is a wonderful place to explore even when it's raining. Hidden Villa does have a limited supply of rain ponchos that students can use for a day. If hazardous weather conditions force the cancellation of your field trip, Hidden Villa will contact you as soon as possible. Others cancelations MUST
be made at least 4 weeks prior to the tour date to be granted
a refund. |
