15th Annual Frank and Josephine Duveneck Humanitarian Awards Dinner
The future deserves compassionate leaders, thoughtful stewards and creative critical thinkers. Hidden Villa celebrates people, hands-on learning and the impact each of us can make. Help us inspire a more just and sustainable future by joining us at the 15th Annual Frank and Josephine Duveneck Humanitarian Awards Dinner, to be held Saturday, September 24th, 2011.
In honor of the remarkable legacy of Frank, Josephine and the Duveneck family, Hidden Villa recognizes inspirational leaders who exemplify Hidden Villa’s mission and values through their environmental, social and educational activism. This year, we are proud to honor:
• Susan Ford Dorsey, President of Sand Hill Foundation and leader in the philanthropic field • Sid Espinosa, Mayor of Palo Alto and specialist in corporate civic engagement at Microsoft • Secretary Norman Y. Mineta, former U.S. Secretary of Transportation and Commerce
We are are also thrilled to have noted conservationist and great local hero Audrey Rust serving as emcee. This annual fundraiser generates nearly half of the resources needed to provide our scholarships and ensures our programming is accessible.
