Offered year-round, our Public Programs provide families, children and adults with opportunities to learn about the environment and other cultures through fun and engaging activities. Program opportunities include themed tours, hikes, lectures, hands-on workshops, classes, cultural events, music and dance performances, and community celebrations. Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff and volunteers lead our programs, often in conjunction with premier Bay Area educators and performers. Come milk a cow or join a bird hike or bake breads from around the world! We’ve got something for everyone.
