Campers engage in a variety of choice activities that are unique to our being a farm & wilderness area. Your child may engage in the following activities and many more:

ARCHERY

Residential programs participate in archery, a fun sport that teaches youth about physics, concentration, patience and perseverance.

ARTS & CRAFTS

Campers of all ages engage in arts and crafts at the Art Hut and throughout camp.

 FARM ANIMALS

Our cows, chickens, goats, sheep and pigs are loved by campers of all ages. While interacting and caring for the animals, youth learn about responsibility and the importance of animals on the farm.

GAMES

Games are plentiful at Hidden Villa summer camp. From Predator/Prey in Day Camp to Dance Revolution in Farm & Wilderness, games are used as educational tools throughout our programs.

GARDEN

Our organic garden helps to connect youth to the earth and where food comes from. They engage in hands on learning while weeding the garden, turning the compost and preparing homemade snacks from farm grown produce.

POOL TIME

Pool time is a favorite activity of swimmers and non-swimmers alike. Campers participate in a swim assessment on their first day of camp, determining whether they are cats (on land), herons (in the shallow end) or dolphins (anywhere in the pool). Our land lovers are often seen playing ping pong, foosball and other games.

ROPES COURSE

Our residential programs utilize our ropes course as a team building tool which helps facilitate close camp relationships that can last a lifetime. Cheers of support often ring out from the ropes course as groups encourage and support each other.
