How to Apply

To apply for a volunteer position at Hidden Villa, please carefully read our guidelines and then complete our online application. If your interests and availability line up with one of our current volunteer needs, you will hear back from our volunteer department and/or be connected with the Hidden Villa department with which you would be volunteering. Guidelines

Prior to volunteering at Hidden Villa, please complete our Volunteer Application.

Many children and young adults are too young to volunteer in our programs. While we deeply admire their philanthropic spirit, we do not have the ability to facilitate their volunteer activities. Occasionally, we do make exceptions for youth who volunteer in conjunction with an adult guardian or mentor.

Please note that Hidden Villa cannot offer room or board in exchange for volunteer service.

VOLUNTARY RELEASE
I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to perform work at Hidden Villa and agree to the following provisions. Release, Waiver and Discharge - I here by agree that I, my successors, assignees, heirs, guardians and legal representatives will not make a claim against Hidden Villa and its employees, officers and agents for claims of liability of any personal injury, wrongful death or property damage incurred as part of my participation in volunteer activities, including my travel to and from Hidden Villa. Assumption of All Risk - I understand that the volunteer activity ahs inherent danger and personal risk that no amount of care, caution, instruction or expertise can eliminate. I further understand that as a volunteer I am NOT COVERED by workers compensation insurance (medical coverage or loss of wages) for injury that may occur while acting as a volunteer. Photo Release - I give full consent, without limitations or reservations to Hidden Villa to publish any photos in which I (or my child, if under 18) appear while volunteering at Hidden Villa. These photos may be used in any advertisement, promotional literature or other media solely for the purpose of publicizing Hidden Villa programs. Background Check - I give full consent, without limitations or reservations, to Hidden Villa to conduct a background check through the National Sex Offender Registry.
