The Duveneck House (the former home of the Duveneck family) is cozy and exudes old world charm. The historic Mediterranean-style Duveneck House offers a large living room and views of the surrounding hills and gardens.

The Duveneck House can accommodate up to:
- 100 people at an event using both the house and lawn (dinner on the lawn)
- 50 people for a seated event and meal in the living room
- 35 people for a meeting offsite retreat

- A small kitchen supplied for catering retreats and meetings
- A separate small dining room
- Two outdoor decks
- A beautifully landscaped front lawn
