Vice Chair Development

Diane S. Greenberg is a partner specializing in estate planning, trust administration and probate. Her estate planning practice covers a broad range of matters, including wills and revocable trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, life insurance trusts, irrevocable trusts for children and other strategies for transferring wealth in a tax-advantaged manner, premarital agreements, powers of attorney and health care directives. Diane also represents individual trustees and executors, private fiduciaries and bank trust departments in trust administration and probate proceedings, including litigation of contested inheritance matters. Diane also prepares agreements between co-owners of real property and handles property tax issues and other post-administration real estate matters.
Diane received her law degree from New York University School of Law in 1971 and her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College (Columbia University) in 1968. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Mateo County Bar Association. She provides pro bono legal services to the Trust for Hidden Villa, having served on its Board for over 15 years, and has served on the Planned Giving Council of the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and the Peninsula Professionals Subcommittee of the Jewish Community Endowment Fund.
