Walk and Meditate with Mother Nature

Description

Create and open space community, where all diverse traditions and authentic ways of meditation practices are welcome and respected.  This class will take place in The Promenade, a cool flat area along the creek under all the Bay trees before the entrance to several of the trails.  

Meditation cushions, chairs, blankets, pen & notebook, snacks and water bottles are all welcome and encouraged.  (Please no fire or candles.)

2:00 - 2:30 Walk in and be with Nature - Silence Time!

2:30 - 3:00 Welcome and Introduction

3:00 - 4:45 Nature Walking (gentle to moderate hike) 

4:45 - 5:00 Set-up for Meditation

5:00 - 5:30 Guided Meditation with Dr. Sachin Deshmukh

5:30 - 6:00 Sharing and New Beginning
