In this class, we will venture out to the farm to collect seasonal ingredients and cook a delicious meal together!
Join us this time to make pupusas, a traditional Salvadoran dish consisting of a handmade tortilla stuffed with a filling of choice and pan fried. We will also make the curtido, or pickled slaw traditionally served with pupusas.
