Food Literacy & Nutrition for Teens

Description

Are you Food Literate? This action-packed program teaches teens about the healthiest, most nutritious and delicious ways to indulge in seasonal foods. Through a series of nutrition and farming workshops, students will work with experts on how we can become more ethical eaters. Each week, students will put their new-found knowledge to the test by preparing farm fresh recipes. This program is perfect for those looking to learn the basics of cooking and food production and those who want to deepen their culinary skills.
