Caroline Rumptz

Caroline Rumptz is a third-generation Californian who has called the Bay Area home for 31 years. She first connected with Hidden Villa 27 years ago when she started visiting with her three young sons, some of whom later attended Hidden Villa Summer Camp. Caroline has been a committed HVEEP volunteer for 15 years and is currently in her second term on the Board of Trustees, where she chairs the Governance Committee. With a strong background in education, she has worked as both an elementary school teacher and a private tutor. Caroline is passionate about environmental education and advocating for equitable opportunities for all children. Outside of her professional and volunteer activities, she enjoys hiking, gardening, skiing, cycling, and traveling.
