Dear Hidden Villa Community,
I am writing to let you know that one of our staff members tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday (December 17). They are recovering and receiving care from the community in a safe way. We are sending them well wishes for a full and speedy recovery!
As soon as they experienced symptoms, they went into isolation and have been in quarantine. The individual didn’t have any contact with the public at Hidden Villa, but we are closing the property out of an abundance of caution, and also to ensure the safety of our staff. We have been following the step-by-step protocol set by the county including a quarantine period and deep cleaning of the facilities.
We will be closed in accordance with the dates currently set by the county of Santa Clara through January 4 to do our part to support community health. We look forward to seeing you all in the new year when we will reopen via our registration system.
