Description
This class will investigate ethical and safety considerations of foraging wild foods, best practices for collecting them, seasonal abundance and scarcity of various wild foods, and more. We will harvest from the wild lands and field edges of Hidden Villa and conclude the morning by sharing a communal wild salad. If so moved, bring a favorite salad dressing (and/or recipe) to share!
