Description
The Birthday Party Package is the perfect way to celebrate on the farm. Included in this unique rental is the following:
- The use of one of our two picnic sites for the day, 9:00am - 4:30pm. Please specify either the Morgan Family Pavilion or the Garden Picnic Site when registering. Both picnic sites seat between 40 and 60 people and are conveniently located near our Main Parking Lot and restrooms.
- Parking for all the vehicles in your group. Carpooling is encouraged!
- A private 1.5 hour farm tour for up to 15 attendees. This number includes both children and adults. Additional registrations for up to 60 individuals can be added at the rate of $18/per person for both children and adults. Meet our farm animals, explore the garden, learn about the environment, & spend some time engaging with our beautiful location.

Good to Know
Hidden Villa is a pack-in, pack-out facility and we ask that all guests and picnic groups consider low-waste experiences and remove all their belongings, garbage and recycling with them when they depart from the farm. We do not have any trash bins on site.
We welcome decorations for creating festive, memorable experiences! However, we DO NOT allow the following so we can protect the environment:
- Balloons
- Streamers
- Confetti
- Glitter
- Paint
- Piñatas
- Bounce Houses
- Open flames
- Glass bottles
- Smoke of any kind (we are a smoke-free facility)
- There is no electricity or refrigeration available at your picnic site.
Picnic Information & Rules
- Please plan to pack out all garbage. There are no garbage cans here.
- Alcohol is not permitted in public areas on the farm. It can only be consumed at the picnic site.
- No barbecues, or any fire-related items, including grills, propane heaters, candles, etc.
- No balloons, streamers, confetti, glitter, paint, or piñatas.
- There is no refrigerator/electricity available.
- Check the weather forecast! Be prepared for rain or shine as inclement weather will not entitle you to a refund.
- Many cell phones do not work on the property, although Verizon service seems to work best. Please plan ahead.
Farm & Property Rules
- Park only in designated parking lots.
- Please be aware we share this space with local wildlife such as rattlesnakes, mountain lions and other creatures.
- Please keep an eye on all food items at your picnic site.
- Please supervise children at all times.
- Please stay on trails and do not enter animal pens or private residences.
- Please do not feed the animals.
When participating in a Farm Tour, please plan for a bit of walking along dirt paths, through wood chips, and over gravel. Please wear comfortable closed toe shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. We recommend sunscreen or a head covering on sunny days as only certain parts of the tour are shaded.
