Hidden Villa welcomes the San Jose Astronomical Association (SJAA) for an evening viewing of the planets, stars, galaxies and other heavenly bodies. This free event introduces the public to the use of optical aids such as binoculars and telescopes, along with the chance to ask experienced SJAA members questions about astronomy and learn how to use a telescope.

During this 2 day workshop learn the ancient art of tannin-bath hide tanning! Each student will take home a finished Hidden Villa hide.

Learn to carve your own nature-themed stamps and hand print mini greeting cards with your creations! We will discuss carving techniques and planning, use a lino cutter to carve our designs into soft blocks, and use an ink pad to print our designs.
