Treasurer

Lee was a board trustee of Hidden Villa from 2001 to 2009 and chair from 2007-2008. He also served as chair of the Hidden Villa audit committee from 2010 to 2014.  He was a security analyst and portfolio manager at RCM Capital Management, an institutional money manager in San Francisco, for 30 years until eventually selling the partnership to Dresdner Bank. He was a board member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco, eventually president in 1993, and served on the national board of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute for seven years, three on their executive committee. Lee has served on the board of several non-profits including Stanford’s Institute for International Studies, the Financial Accounting Foundation (parent of FASB), Innovative Housing, Pacifica: A Garden in the Siskiyous, and George School (a Quaker high school in Bucks County, PA). He has a BS, MBA, and PhD in engineering and finance from Stanford and SM from MIT in nuclear engineering. Lee enjoys hiking, tennis, flying, and playing with four grandchildren who live in the area. He was drawn to Hidden Villa for both its environmental education programs and advocation of social justice.
