Michael Patrick

Mike has been active as a volunteer with at risk youth, the cognitively impaired and also as a Board member for a number of Bay Area non-profits focused on environmental education, support for the homeless, and seniors. Mike served on the San Mateo County Civil Grand Jury for two years, the second as Chairperson. Mike grew up in the Northeast and Europe. He earned his BA in philosophy from Wesleyan University in 1981 and a law degree from UCLA in 1984. Mike was a partner in the Corporate Group of Fenwick & West, a Bay Area technology law firm, working with high tech startups and venture capital firms. Mike enjoys playing guitar and singing with friends, biking, spending time with his dog, making wooden ship models and reading history.
