Day Camp

Description

Day campers enjoy time at Hidden Villa exploring our farm and surrounding natural beauty. Daily choice activities may include hiking, swimming, arts & crafts, games, nature exploration, or time with our farm animals. Campers will gain experience making new friends and learn about how Hidden Villa takes care of animals and the land we all share.

Each age cohort builds on the next so our camp experience grows with your camper!  Campers entering third and fourth grade will have a special option to spend the night at Hidden Villa from Thursday night to Friday; dinner and breakfast will be provided. 

Families should plan to pack a lunch for their camper, Hidden Villa will provide a morning and afternoon snack.

Who Is This For?

Youth entering K - 4th grades in Fall 2026. Must be at least 5 years old by the start of the session.

Duration

Each day begins at 9 A.M and ends at 4 P.M.

We offer extended care from 8 A.M - 9 A.M. in the mornings and 4 P.M. - 5 P.M. in the afternoons. Sign up information for Extended Care will be included in the Welcome Packet you receive prior to camp. There is no additional charge.

Camp Sessions

  • Session 1: June 15 - 19 (Camp is in session on Juneteenth)
  • Session 2: June 22 - 26
  • Session 3: June 29 - July 3 
  • Session 4: July 6 - 10
  • Session 5: July 13 -17
  • Session 6: July 20- 24
  • Session 7: July  27 - 31

 

Price

$865 

Financial aid is available for all youth and families with financial need. Applications will be thoughtfully considered on a case by case basis and we will notify you as soon as possible of your scholarship amount.  In line with our camp values of inclusion, equity and accessibility, we strongly encourage applications from those belonging to communities who have experienced marginalization or underrepresentation.  

To apply for financial aid, please complete the “Optional Financial Aid Form” located in the online UltraCamp portal during or after the registration process. *If the $125 deposit is outside of your means at time of Registration, please email [email protected] to receive support.*

Registration

Early Registration opens to Returning Camp Families at 10 A.M. on Monday, December 15th, 2025. An email will be sent that contains the Early Access Passcode.

Registration for new families and everyone else will be at 10 A.M. on Saturday, January 10th, 2026.
