Feeling connected in nature can be elusive on our own, but with the right guidance and a supportive community, it becomes an attainable and transformative experience. Come connect with like- minded participants and cultivate greater intimacy with nature. Find your inner peace in this introductory class through grounding activities like sensory meditation, sit spots, nature journaling and storytelling. Together we will practice cultivating a quiet mind and nurture a sense of mutual support.
This class is for motivated students of nature, regardless of age. Information will be presented at an adult level. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
