Fun with Fungus Workshop

Description

Dive into the magical world of mushrooms with this introduction to fungus workshop. This class will be based on slides and collected specimens to prepare you for a mushroom walk (guided or self-directed) . Participants will learn about the major types of fungi, how to identify them, how to make a spore print, best practices for collecting, safety considerations, and more. Each class may be taken singly, but pairing the 2 fungus classes is highly recommended.
