Morgan Family Pavilion

Description

The Morgan Family Pavilion picnic area seats up to 60 people and is shaded by a roofed structure. Restrooms are conveniently located near the pavilion. 

Gather your community in the great outdoors and explore the farm and wilderness.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Your picnic rental fee covers 8 vehicles.  Additional day parking passes need to be  purchased for additional vehicles.  

Hidden Villa is a pack-in, pack-out facility and we ask that all guests and picnic groups consider low-waste experiences and remove all their belongings, garbage and recycling with them when they depart from the farm. We do not have any trash bins on site.

We welcome decorations for creating festive, memorable experiences!  However, we DO NOT allow the following so we can protect the environment:

2. Streamers
3. Confetti
4. Glitter
5. Paint
6. Piñatas
7. Bounce Houses
8. Open flames
9. Glass bottles
10. Smoke of any kind (we are a smoke-free facility)
11. There is no electricity or refrigeration available at your picnic site. 

Picnic Information & Rules

• Please plan to pack out all garbage. There are no garbage cans here. 
• Alcohol is not permitted in public areas on the farm. At picnic site, okay. 
• No barbecues, or any fire-related items, including grills, propane heaters, candles, etc.
• No balloons, streamers, confetti, glitter, paint, or piñatas.  
• There is no refrigerator/electricity available.
• Check the weather forecast! Be prepared for rain or shine as inclement weather will not entitle you to a refund.
• Many cell phones do not work on the property, although Verizon service seems to work best.  Please plan ahead.

Health & Safety

• We ask that anyone who feels sick stays home.
• Hidden Villa is not responsibility for the supervision or safety of your group members.  

Farm & Property Rules 

• Park only in designated parking lots.
• Please be aware we share this space with local wildlife such as rattlesnakes, mountain lions and other creatures.
• Please keep an eye on all food items at your picnic site.
• Please supervise children at all times.
• Please stay on trails and do not enter animal pens or private residences. 
• Please do not feed the animals.

Refund Policy

• Full refund 30 days before event.
• 50% refund if requested 8 days or more before the event.
• No refunds 7 days or less prior to the event.

Air Quality Policy 

• If the AQI exceeds 150, we will close the farm and refund picnic rental guests.  Please check your email and our website regularly before visiting.
