Digital Well-Being & Forest Therapy Walk

Description

Reset your nervous system, reclaim your attention, and reconnect with the land with a Forest Therapy walk lead by certified Forest Therapy Guide Wendy Figone.

Rooted in the global practice of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing), our guided walks help you shift from digital distraction into embodied presence through gentle, sensory-based invitations.

Whether you're feeling digitally overloaded, emotionally tired, or simply craving space to breathe, these sessions offer a spacious pause in a beautiful, quiet landscape.

Wendy Figone is a Myofascial Release Therapist and a Forest Therapy Guide and Trails Consultant certified through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). Good to Know

Please note, this class requires a minimum of 8 participants to hold the class. If we do not reach the minimum, we will notify and refund all registrants.

These walks take place outdoors rain or shine with cancellations only in heavy rain or high winds for safety. Gentle rain can be incredibly therapeutic if you're prepared; the softened light, earthy scents, and amplified forest sounds often deepen the experience.

Whether this is your first walk or your 40th, there is always something new to discover. Practicing Forest Therapy over several months does not "build in steps. Instead the learning deepen through repeated experience. Each Walk helps you settle more quickly, notice more subtly, and cultivate a more intuitive and personal relationship with the land.

Who Is This For?
