Description
Learn to carve your own nature-themed stamps and hand print mini greeting cards with your creations! We will discuss carving techniques and planning, use a lino cutter to carve our designs into soft blocks, and use an ink pad to print our designs. You’ll be able to plan your own artwork or use the nature-themed artwork choices provided. With our small workshop size of 8 students maximum, there will be plenty of time to talk with Naomi one on one about your art, techniques, and any questions you may have. You’ll end the class with at least one stamp and a batch of mini greeting cards!
The workshop fee includes $35 worth of materials that you will use during our workshop and take home with you so you can continue your block printing journey: a 4" x 6" block, lino cutter, an archival ink pad, and 10 mini greeting cards.
