Acorn Adventure

Description

Enjoy Autumn with some outdoor exploration and nature-inspired crafting. We will start with 30 minutes of walking in search of acorn tops followed by 1 hour of needle-felting with wool. Learn the basics of needle felting and how to safely use the tools. Play with texture and color as we create wool acorns with our gathering. All tools and materials provided.

Melissa Taub is a Bay Area artist and product designer who loves exploring different art techniques and mediums as if she’s trying new foods and restaurants. Good to Know

• This workshop is for those who are 10 or older.  All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• This workshop will be partially outdoors. Please dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes.
• No art experience necessary!
• Needle-felting uses sharp needles!

Please note, this class requires a minimum of 6 participants to hold the class. If we do not reach the minimum, we will notify and refund all registrants.
