Description

The Dana Center is an idyllic facility perfect for meetings, workshops, company retreats, and small events. The Main Room has tables and chairs comfortable for up to 48-60 guests, as well as a large monitor for audio/visual hook-ups and presentations. The large windows bring in plenty of natural light and stunning views of the valley and surrounding hills.

The rental space also includes:

• Small kitchen with a commercial stove and refrigerator
• 2 restrooms
• Large outdoor patio, lawn, and picnic area
• 25 parking spaces

Availability:

Renting the Dana Center for a day provides reserved, exclusive access to the space outlined above for your group from 8:30 am-5:00 pm.  Additional hours may be booked at an additional cost.

The Dana Center is available for rent Tuesdays - Sundays, September through May.

Important Information:

We require an additional $500 refundable cleaning and damage deposit for every rental.  If the facility is left in satisfactory condition and all rental policies are followed during the event, we will refund the deposit after the event.

We require the renting party procures and maintains general liability insurance for the event and list Hidden Villa as additionally insured.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q) Do you provide food service?

A) No.  We do have a list of recommended caterers that we can share once bookings are made.  If your group is cooking for the event, you can pre-order Hidden Villa meat products to incorporate into your meal(s).

Q) Can we use the kitchen?

A) Yes. The kitchen has a large commercial stove, ice machine, and refrigerator. It is stocked with a minimal number of pots and pans, knives, mixing bowls, cutting boards, coffee and hot water carafes, flatware, and silverware for groups of up to 50 people. There is also a dishwasher.

Q) Do you provide a cleaning service?

A) No. We ask that groups leave the facility in the same condition they found it. Rags, cleaning solutions, soap, trash bags, and brooms are available at each facility.

Q) Is Alcohol allowed?

A) Yes.  Alcohol is allowed only at the rental facility.  It is not permitted anywhere else on the property.  

Q) Is there wifi in the building?

A) Yes. 

Q) Is there cell service on the property?

A) There is very limited cell service on the property.  It is best to make all communications ahead of time or over wifi.

Q) Are dogs and pets allowed?

A) No. Dogs and other pets are not allowed inside the facilities unless they are certified service animals.
