Get your tickets to our annual Sheep Shearing & Fiber Arts Festival on Saturday, May 2, 2026! The farm will be closed to the public during the festival. All visitors, including hikers will need a ticket to be admitted on Sheep Shearing day.

Karen Diggs

Karen is the Founder & Chief Fermentation Officer of Kraut Source. She is a classically trained chef, certified nutritionist, culinary instructor, and author of Happy Foods: Over 100 Mood-Boosting Recipes. She studied at the California Culinary Academy (now Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco) and is Certified in Holistic Nutrition through Bauman College.
