Refund/Cancellations Policy in Response to COVID-19

Dear Valued Client,

Hidden Villa is developing contingency plans for the possibility of school prohibitions against fields trips or school closures due to COVID-19. In the event that your school in unable to attend our program, we want to provide you with an update and with relevant information.

We are developing opportunities for remote learning that may allow you to participate in a Hidden Villa learning experience. We are also preparing to support families by offering alternative, on-site educational programs for families, should closures occur. We will send you information as these options become available.

Please be aware that our standard cancellation and refund policies still apply. Cancellations made 30 days or more ahead of your program date are refundable, less the $100 administrative fee. Within the 30-day window, we are unable to refund fees as we will be unlikely to find another school to fill that date, while still incurring staffing and other costs of the program.

In recognition of the special circumstances of the current event and because we value you as a customer, we are making an important exception to this standard policy:

In the event that a cancellation is imposed by a school’s governing body, a school district or a government mandate, we will refund 50% of the fees in an effort to share the financial loss.

In the unfortunate event that Hidden Villa cancels our programs, we will issue a 100% refund of fees paid.
