Get up close to witness these time-honored agricultural traditions in action, ask questions, and discover the care and technique behind every snip and whistle. Perfect for curious minds of all ages!

HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY:

Follow wool’s transformation from fleece to fabric through five interactive stations: shearing, skirting, carding, spinning, and weaving. Pick up your own wool sample, try your hand at drop-spindle spinning, and add your creation to our community weaving project. Experience the “slow cloth” process firsthand and discover your connection to the textiles you wear every day.

FIBER ARTIST & MAKERS GALLERY:

Explore stunning fiber art creations from talented Bay Area artists in our curated gallery—or showcase your own work! Browse vendor tables featuring unique handmade goods, meet the makers behind beautiful woolen treasures, and find inspiration for your next creative project.

MUSIC, FOOD & MORE:

Savor delicious bites from Little Sky Bakery, Zaida’s Kitchen, Roadhouse 48, and Penny Ice Creamery, or pack your own picnic. Spread out a blanket, kick off your shoes, and dance barefoot in the grass to live music while the kids roam free in nature’s playground.
