Hidden Villa is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Teen Leadership and Backpacking Instructors to lead high school students on a 2 week backpacking experience through the Santa Cruz mountains and facilitate the Counselors in Training and Leaders in Training youth leadership programs.

Take care of Hidden Villa’s farm animals.

Lead students on a Farm Tour or Farm & Wilderness Experience.

Help steward Hidden Villa's 1600 acres through outdoor projects, trail maintenance, or construction projects.

This training is required for all new and existing Farm Tour and Farm and Wilderness guides who have not previously attended Modules 1 and 2.

Join Certified USA Archery Instructor and engaging facilitator, Hameed for a fun time on the Hidden Villa Archery Course!

Spring is an especially fun time to pay attention to birds. Many will be at their showiest, singing their hearts out, defending territories, constructing nests, or perhaps already tending to their nestlings.

Children play in the garden and get down in the dirt while learning the importance of healthy soil hands on.

This training is required for all new and existing Farm and Wilderness guides who have not previously taken this training. (Farm Tour guides are not required to take this training.)
