Picnic Sites

Hidden Villa has 2 designated group picnic sites: Morgan Family Pavilion and Garden Picnic Site. Both picnic areas are available to be reserved on the weekends. Any gatherings of 15 or more people are required to have a picnic rental.

Morgan Family Pavilion: A centrally located covered picnic area that seats up to 60 people. Close to parking and restroom facilities. 

Garden Picnic Site: A centrally located covered picnic area that seats up to 40 people. Close to restroom facilities and has a large open play space.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Your picnic rental fee covers 8 vehicles.  Additional day parking passes need to be purchased for additional vehicles.  

Hidden Villa is a pack-in, pack-out facility and we ask that all guests and picnic groups consider low-waste experiences and remove all their belongings, garbage and recycling with them when they depart from the farm. We do not have any trash bins on site.

We welcome decorations and refreshments for creating festive, memorable experiences! However, please note the following – 

• Please plan to pack out all garbage. There are no garbage cans here. 
• There is no refrigerator/electricity available.
• No barbecues, or any fire-related items, including grills, propane heaters, candles, etc.
• No balloons, streamers, confetti, glitter, paint, or piñatas. This is so we can protect the environment.
• No bounce houses, glass bottles, or smoke of any kind.  We are a smoke-free facility.
• Alcohol is permitted only at a designated picnic site. It is not permitted in public areas on the farm.
• Check the weather forecast! Be prepared for rain or shine as inclement weather will not entitle you to a refund.
• Many cell phones do not work on the property, although Verizon service seems to work best.  Please plan ahead.
• Park only in designated parking lots.
